BIOGRAPHY
Jeffrey is a senior research associate in the Department of Teaching, Learning, and Culture. He has completed his PhD and graduated in May 2020. His dissertation research centers on the influences of preservice teacher preparation structures and inservice teacher support structures on teacher experiences and decisions to remain in the profession. As a former classroom educator with over 10 years of experience in public secondary schools, he is especially interested in how these two structures can be leveraged to better prepare and support teachers as they face the challenges of being a 21st Century educator.

Jeffrey is married to his wife Lauren, who is also a former educator, and they live in Bryan with their three children: Deacon, Delaney, and Daisy.
