BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Cindy Guerrero is a Research Scientist within the Center for Research and Development in Dual Language and Literacy Acquisition (CRDLLA), Department of Educational Psychology. She received her doctoral degree from Texas A&M University in 2015 and currently is the Lead Coordinator for Project LISTO and Project VICTORY. She has more than 18 years of experience managing a series of large-scale grants that include over $59 million in federal funding by facilitating project management, implementation, teacher professional development, data collection, reporting, and dissemination.
