Dr. Henry's research focuses on the design and testing of evidence-based intervention strategies for children with disabilities, with a particular focus on children with autism. Her research examines how reading and language interventions can impact broader social and academic outcomes for children with disabilities, primarily focusing on intervention practices to support reading comprehension development in children with autism. 

Dr. Henry will be accepting doctoral students for Fall 2023 admission.
