Jordan Szura is an Instructional Assistant Professor for the Physical Education Activity Program, a division in the Department of Kinesiology & Sport Management. He teaches KINE 120 The Science of Basic Health and Fitness, KINE 121 Physical & Motor Fitness, KINE 199 Activity courses, and KINE 223 Introduction to the Science of Health & Fitness courses. Mr. Szura is currently a member of the Honor Council and Faculty Senate and serves as the Course Coordinator for KINE 120 The Science of Basic Health and Fitness Courses. He was awarded the Emil Mamaliga Oustanding Teacher Award for the Physical Education Activity Program in 2021. His passions include youth development, teaching students how to have a positive impact on others, and encouraging them to adopt a healthier lifestyle and build relationships to improve their quality of life.
