Aimee Day is the Director of PCP Programs and Family Outreach at the Center on Disability and Development at Texas A&M University. She focuses on person-centered practices, increasing self-advocacy skills, and promoting the inclusion of individuals with disabilities.
Aimee is a bilingual mentor and trainer certified in Person Centered Thinking and People Planning Together. She works extensively with families, students, and school districts to create inclusive educational environments. Aimee is also a mother of two sons who have disabilities, and she collaborates with her son Ty on advocacy and educational initiatives.
