Dr. Cindy Guerrero is a Research Scientist within the Center for Research and Development in Dual Language and Literacy Acquisition (CRDLLA), Department of Educational Psychology. She received her doctoral degree from Texas A&M University in 2015. She supports the implementation of Project Research-based Strategies and Artificial Intelligence for School Enhancement: Turning Around Schools (RAISE), a federal grant that will scale evidence-based, field-initiated leadership innovations to support school turnaround. She also leads Project Virtually-Infused Collaborations for Teaching and Learning Opportunities for Rural Youth (VICTORY), a federal grant that supports literacy-infused science in rural schools in Texas. She has 20 years of experience managing large-scale grants that include over $74 million in federal funding by facilitating project management, recruitment, implementation, teacher professional development, curriculum development, data collection, reporting, and dissemination.
