Denise Woodard is an Instructional Assistant Professor for the Physical Education Activity Program, a program in the Department of Kinesiology and Sport Management. She teaches a variety of KINE 199 activity courses, KINE 120 – Science of Basic Health and Fitness, and KINE 223 – Introduction to the Science of Health and Fitness courses. The past three fall semesters, Ms. Woodard has also taught a Hullabaloo U First Year Experience. Ms. Woodard has served on the steering committee for the Women’s Faculty Network and was on the Honor Council from 2018-2020. She is the advisor for the Aggie Girl Scouts and the Texas A&M Running Club. Ms. Woodard enjoys enhancing her teaching through departmental committees and continuing education.
