Associate Professor
My research agenda focuses on adult learning and performance improvement in organizations and community-based settings through human resource development (HRD). This agenda focuses on adults and communities combining three broad areas of well-being, strategic HRD, and workforce development. I partner with non-profits to align the well-being and workforce development priorities of community members.

In the area of well-being, I work with organizations to prioritize the health and well-being needs of their employees and develop well-being programs and policies. My strategic HRD involves collaborations with human resource (HR) professionals and private sector organizations to develop alignment of HR policies with strategic and organizational priorities of leaders to improve performance.
