Ruben brings 17 years of experience as a writer, producer and manager in the TV news industry. This includes covering presidential elections, Super Bowls, Hurricane Harvey and the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2014, Ruben won a regional Emmy for his role covering a day-long blizzard in the Kansas City metro area. He is passionate about storytelling and messaging that is creative, compelling and relatable. Ruben was born in Lima, Peru but has called Aggieland home for most of his life.
